1. Order Commencement & Payments
No production, fabrication, ordering of materials or installation work will commence until the price or deposit quoted by MoreThanDecor has been paid in full and cleared. The required payment (deposit or full amount) will be specified on the written quote or invoice.
2. Quotes & Validity
All quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no validity period is stated, quotes expire 30 days from issue. Prices may be revised if there is a change in scope, materials, or external costs (e.g. freight, steel prices).
3. Payment Methods
- Bank transfer / EFT
- Credit card or online payment (where available)
- Cash (by prior arrangement)
Buyer is responsible for any bank or processing fees unless otherwise agreed.
4. Lead Times & Scheduling
Lead times begin when required payment has been received and cleared and when any required artwork, measurements or approvals have been provided by the client. Quoted lead times are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, material availability or other factors outside our control.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional charges and can affect delivery schedules. Cancellations may be subject to costs for work already performed and materials purchased.
6. Returns & Defects
Custom fabricated signage and bespoke items are non‑returnable unless defective. Report defects within 7 days of delivery; we will assess and remedy where appropriate.
7. Liability
MoreThanDecor's liability for any claim arising from goods or services is limited to the value paid for the specific order. We are not liable for consequential loss.
8. Intellectual Property
Artwork supplied by the client must not infringe third‑party rights. Client grants MoreThanDecor a non‑exclusive license to use supplied artwork for production and promotion relating to the order.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Africa.
